Celebrate maintenance professionals with MAINTENANCE LEGENDS™, a program from NAA and HD Supply, featuring stories that make them legendary! Three winners will be selected each month for their tales of going above and beyond for their rental housing communities. At the end of each season, one Maintenance Legend will drive away with an amazing grand prize. 

The inaugural season of MAINTENANCE LEGENDS™ concluded at Apartmentalize 2024 with the announcement of the season's grand prize winner. Harry Ruiz with RangeWater Real Estate was presented with the first-ever MAINTENANCE LEGENDS™ grand prize – the keys to a brand-new F-150 and a check for $10,000.
