What does it mean to be the NextGen in Property Management?

Are you considering a career in the multifamily industry as a property manager, leasing consultant, maintenance technician or other position? A career in property management is very rewarding. Each day, you meet new people and learn new skills to further your advancement.

NextGen is a Chapter of the St. Louis Apartment Association for individuals in their 20s to early 40s looking to become more involved, engaged, and educated in Residential Property Management (RPM). Members of NextGen will learn about career opportunities, industry trends, and engagement programs by working with peers and mentors.
