Mandi Randell, Association Executive

Mandi joined the St. Louis Apartment Association as Association Executive (AE) in October of 2023.  The AE position works directly with the SLAA Board of Directors, Product & Service Council, Committees, and Volunteers. The AE manages and directs all operations, programs, and events as well as provides a framework for member participation within the association.

Mandi started her career in Property Management in early 2001 as a Leasing Consultant at a mid-century 500+ unit apartment community.  Since that time, she has worked in a variety of submarkets throughout Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas.  She held a range of positions including Property Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Training and Marketing, and Assistant Vice President.  Mandi worked with newly constructed lease-up properties, vintage assets, complete renovations, as well as repositioned apartment communities.  Mandi has experience with market rate, conventional, affordable, and tax credit communities.  In her various roles, she has been responsible for due diligence, budget preparation, financial review, branding, marketing, human resources, recruiting and training, financial review, and all other aspects of our industry.

Mandi earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis where she was active in many on-campus clubs and organizations.  She is currently involved in the Human Resource Management Association, the St. Louis Apartment Association, and local Chambers of Commerce.  Mandi has received the Marketing Director of the Year Award from the St. Louis Apartment Association, the VIP Award from the St. Louis Apartment Association, and the Marketing / Leasing Director of the Year Award from the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Mandi earned her Certified Apartment Property Supervisor designation in 2015 from the St. Louis Apartment Association.


Alisa Hill, Office Manager / Education Coordinator

With over 15 years of experience in property management, Alisa Hill has developed a reputation for her exceptional ability to manage complex properties and deliver outstanding results. During her tenure at Lipton-Envolve, she held a variety of roles, including Property Manager, Floating Property Manager, Auditor, Office Manager, and in Accounting. Her diverse experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of property operations, from leasing and tenant relations to financial management and building maintenance.

Alisa is also highly regarded for her communication and leadership abilities. She excels in building rapport with residents, team members, and external partners, creating a positive and professional atmosphere wherever she works. Her dedication to customer service is evident in the way she anticipates and addresses the needs of both residents and colleagues .

In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Alisa has a proven track record of developing strong, cohesive teams. Her leadership style fosters collaboration and efficiency, making her a trusted mentor and leader. Her integrity, initiative, and self-sufficiency have been key drivers of her success, and she approaches every task with a commitment to excellence.
