SLAA’s Support of Hatching Hope Provides Comfort to Residents at a Member Community  

The St. Louis Apartment Association announced their support of Hatching Hope in April 2019.  Hatching Hope coordinates care packages for apartment community residents that have been displaced from their apartment homes due to fire or other disasters.   

On Thursday, December 10, Jon Woodrome, community awareness committee member learned that 5 families were affected by a fire at a Maryland Heights community.  Jon contacted other committee members to coordinate the pick-up and delivery of care packages for the families. 

Kristin Whiteside, owner of Ample Storage and graciously donates storage space for our care packages. Kristin personally delivered 6 packages to the apartment community for distribution this morning!  Thanks again for another quick and effective response and job well done!
