We update rental units to fit your budget and your goals: new kitchen cabinets & counters or just new cabinet doors, upgrade your appliances, renovate your bathrooms or just replace the faucet and reset the toilet, update your electrical fixtures, install new 6-panel doors & baseboards, and all - almost overnight.
Major Exterior repairs
We regularly repair or replace fences, balconies, dumpster enclosures, decks, siding, windows, doors, even two and three stories off the ground. Permits when needed; your materials or ours.
Inspection Mitigation
We correct inspection deficiencies (for approval upon the first re-inspection) Whether the inspection is for insurance, lenders, occupancy permit, annual municipal inspections or home sale, we understand the importance of getting it properly, affordably and quickly corrected.

When apartment or condominium communities have a repair or renovation that’s needed throughout the community, to address life-cycle maintenance, life safety, energy efficiency or simply to upgrade an element of the property, we have the experience to systematically and quickly get that completed.
