Fall Expo & Seminar Highlights

The St. Louis Apartment Association held their Annual Fall Expo & Seminar on Wednesday, October 16^th at the St. Charles Convention Center. 

SLAA’s Annual Fall Expo is the “go to” industry event for polishing your skills, finding property solutions, and building your professional network. We are extremely pleased that this year’s event attracted nearly 500 multifamily industry professionals, as well as 98 exhibiting companies who showcased their latest state-of-the-art products and services available in our industry.  Trade shows are all about relationship building and brand awareness.  By all indications, this year’s SLAA Fall Expo was a true success.

The day began with a presentation by Valerie M. Sargent from 9:30am – 12:30pm, which attracted nearly 200 multifamily professionals.   We hope everyone who attended the presentation found it educational and informative.  Most importantly, we hope the presentation offered tools that will help you to be even more successful in your career!       

The Expo was open from Noon until 5:00 pm, extended this year so our guests had more time to visit nearly 100 exhibitors to learn more about their product or services.  Our exhibitors invested so much time and are incredibly generous.  Attendees went home with attendance prizes of all sorts.  SLAA also gave away cash prizes every half hour, and the winners were thrilled!  Thank you all very much for all you did to make this event simply fabulous! 

As with any event of this magnitude, the committee, volunteers, and staff work so hard to make it all happen. We are sincerely grateful to the Fall Expo committee members and volunteers for the day. You’re all wonderful and we appreciate your creative ideas and support preparing and executing this event.  

Lastly, our after-party took place at Bar Louie at the Streets of St. Charles (just across the street from the Convention Center).  It was the perfect place to kick back at the end of the day.  Our members were able to relax and enjoy the remainder of the evening with our SLAA friends.
