Event Details

Maintenance Mania® is a competition in which apartment maintenance technicians from around the country face challenges that test their skills and knowledge to earn the title of Maintenance Mania National Champion.  You must compete in all seven challenges, plus enter a car in the race car competition to be able to qualify for a spot in the National Championship.

Hosted by the National Apartment Association, HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, and SLAA.

This event host is Belfor Restoration, 616 Spirit Valley East Drive, Chesterfield, MO  63005.  

Game host sponsors: Kidde, AO Smith, Queenaire, Frigidaire,  Smart Burner, Comfort Air and Kwikset Smartkey.  

It's time to get registered to participate, be a spectator or sponsor this fun, competative event for our maintenance professionals.  

  • Participants are FREE!
  • Spectators are $15.00
  • Game sponsors are $200.00
  • Management Company sponsors are $150.00

PARTICIPANT WAIVER IS A FILLABLE PDF FILE, AND MUST BE COMPLETED AND EMAILED TO INFO@SLAA.ORG.   THIS FORMAT WILL MAKE IT EASY FOR PARTICIPANTS TO COMPLETE, SAVE AND EMAIL TO THE SLAA OFFICE BY FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21st.
