4. Send us your top 3 booth number choices. We will do our best to accommodate. Booths will be assigned in the order they are received.
5. Let us know how you want to present your attendance prize. You have the option to draw winner(s) during the Expo, and a member of our committee will visit your booth to announce your company name and winner(s) over the microphone. Or, you can draw your winner(s) and contact them directly, whereby a member of our committee will not visit your booth to announce your winner.
6. Be sure to check out the Trade Show Tips on the right of this page. A lot of helpful information is included in there for you to consider!
7. FYI - SLAA multifamily professionals will be attending a seminar from 9am - noon, just down the hallway from the Exhibit Hall. When the seminar concludes at noon, attendees will be heading directly over to the Expo. Please be at your booth and be fully set up by noon.
8. The SLAA office will contact you to confirm your registration.
9. New this year, the Fall Expo will be featured on the new SLAA Mobile app. As an exhibitor, you will have a listing (at no additional charge) within the app that will include general information like your company website and contact information. All attendees will have access to the SLAA Mobile app and will be able to see your information. It is important that you send SLAA your most current logo, company website, and contact info for the app no later than October 1, 2024. There are 4 sponsorship opportunities available for the SLAA Mobile App that will place your company logo and website at the top of the app in a rotating carousel for increased visibility.
Please note: Drink tickets will be available for purchase at the event. Invoicing will be available. No presales!

Trade Show Tips
Preparing for a trade show can be overwhelming.
These tips can help you plan for what to bring and how to present your display.
Your registration includes a 10' x 10' booth, carpeted, with pipe and drape, an 8’ table with skirting, 2 chairs, trashcan and a small company sign (8" x 24"). Electrical outlets are available for an additional fee of $80.00. WiFi is available for an additional $25.
Now that you know the specifics, you can move on to deciding what to take and how to showcase your “stuff”.
- Even if a tablecloth is supplied, bring your own or something to add some depth (i.e. a table runner) and help your table stand out in a crowd.
- If your display space will allow, erect a stand-alone presentation board. On the board, you can show clients how they can benefit by using your services. Be creative and make it stand out. Include pictures, if possible, and be sure your company name and logo are more than obvious.
- Arrange your display table in levels. Put the larger items at the rear, shorter items in front of those, and even shorter items in front of those.
- Develop a PowerPoint presentation or video to display on your table. Your visitors will find this visually appealing and it will draw in their attention.
- Have plenty of giveaways, such as business cards, cups, pens, magnets, and anything else that has your company name and/or logo on it. Most people who attend Expos are expecting to take home some goodies. In addition, be sure to use display racks for showing your materials, brochures, and such.
- Offer something a little different as a give-away. Make sure your company name and contact information is noted on the give-away. You could offer gift certificates for some of your services as a giveaway. There’s nothing better than getting a deal. When they ‘cash in’ their certificate, they will see how valuable your services are and will come back for more.
- Have visitors drop their business card or offer a digital "check in" at your booth with a QR code, so you can gather information to follow up later.
- Have a portfolio of your work and / or product(s) available as part of your trade show display.
- Coordinate a product demonstration. It’s your time to educate the property management industry on what’s available to them.
- Have a game that trade show attendees can play to win a prize. This will draw them into your booth and give you time to speak with them while they play.
- Be friendly and inviting. Say "Hi" to those that glance toward you or your booth. Strike up a conversation and be sure to have a short introductory speech ready.
- Most importantly… have fun!
