Position: Maintenance Technician; Full-Time
**$150.00/Week On-Call Bonus**
Must be available for Monday-Friday. On-call rotation on weekends.

If so, Park 44 Apartments is looking for a Maintenance Technician like you to ensure the efficient operations, safety, and maintenance of our 148-unit multi-family community in Central West End, St. Louis. Working alongside the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll ensure our community remains safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.
In this role, you’ll handle general plumbing, electrical work, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance. You will use our paperless work order system to track and complete service requests efficiently, while also assisting with pool maintenance, grounds care, and snow removal when needed.
We will rely on you to be a key member of the maintenance team to anticipate, identify, and correct all problems throughout the property. Strong troubleshooting skills, teamwork, and a proactive approach are essential to delivering the superior service our residents expect.
We’re looking for someone with previous high-volume maintenance experience who is prompt, courteous, and detail-oriented. HVAC certification and/or experience is preferred, and a CPO License is a plus – or a willingness to obtain one.
