NextGen is pleased to host Finance 101 & Budget 101 in April 2024. Charisse Earhart, a well known and respected multi-family expert, will share her tips & tricks when it comes to finances and budgets. Charisse is a much sought-after national trainer and CAM / CAPS instructor with many years of knowledge in our industry.
Finance 101 is in the morning and Budgets 101 is in the afternoon - You can choose to attend one or the other, or BOTH! (if you would like to attend both sessions, make sure you select the correct ticket to SAVE $10.00)
Finance 101: Basics understanding of financials through and through!
9:00am - 12:00pm
Learning how to understand your company’s financial reports is the first step in advancing your career! This class will help you learn about financial statements, which includes income, expenses, cash flow, NOI, and much more!
Budgets 101: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Is this your first time preparing a budget, or still feel like you could use some guidance? Then this Budget Prep Class is perfect for you!
Charisse will begin with the basics of learning how to prepare, build, and manage your budgets.

SLAA's Event Cancellation Policy
- Deadline to register for events is 10 days prior, unless otherwise noted. After the deadline date, refunds are not available for any event.
- Cancellations must be received by the deadline date, otherwise payment will be expected.
- No-shows the day of the seminar will be expected to pay the total fee.
- Due to event expenses, no-shows to “FREE” seminars will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee.
