Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) course (SOLD OUT - Wait list available)

SLAA hosts the Certified Apartment Managers (CAM) Course twice per year (spring and fall).  Earning your CAM credential allows you to demonstrate your skills, knowledge, and ability to manage an apartment community and achieve owners’ investment goals.

The Fall class will begin on September 9, concluding on or around October 5th. Classes are held on Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm in the SLAA office.

If you are interested in this course, you have 3 payment options.  The cost of this course is $550.00.  

1.  When you register, you must pay the $100.00 deposit to hold your seat.

2.  Before class begins the $450.00 balance is due.

3.  Or, you can paid the full fee of $550.00 when you register.
