    • Ambassador Committee
      Welcomes new members to SLAA by placing monthly reminders and welcoming them at events.
    • Community Awareness
      Committee members plan 2 or more fundraising events that benefit a local charity that is chosen in October of each year.
    • Golf Tournament
      The Product and Service Council, along with volunteers plan and support the tournament each year.
    • Legislative
      Committee members meet on the last Tuesday of each month at NOON, in the SLAA Office to review local legislative issues. Committee members focus on and stay abreast of local issues that could affect the multi-family rental industry, by watchdogging
    • Membership Development
      Committee members meet on the last Thursday of each month, at 8:30 am, in the SLAA Office. Committee members participate in ongoing efforts to recruit, retain, enhance value and welcome new members to the SLAA.
    • Programs and Education
      This committee determines the focus of each year’s educational programs, including topics and speakers for dinner meetings and educational seminars. This committee begins in June of each year to begin planning for the next year.
    • Rising Star Awards Banquet
      Committee’s goals are to coordinate the nomination and judging process and sponsorship recruitment, in order to provide an elegant banquet through selection of theme, décor and program content.
    • Educational Fall Showcase & Seminars
      Committee members plan and execute the annual trade show and educational seminars. The committee meets monthly, beginning in June to plan, build attendance and sell booths.
